Many leaders don’t understand or value the role of strategic planning in moving a team forward with projects. Too often they find themselves overwhelmed, wishing they had spent more time planning before starting their endeavor. Failure is likely without planning, and the chance of success increases greatly with it. In fact, it’s been said that when we fail to plan, we are actually planning to fail. This lesson examines strategic planning from God’s perspective. When leaders take time to plan and carry out the plan, a project is more likely to succeed.
